I do see a reason to post them to the whole community.
It has to do with the nature of community, and how it
responds to harrassment and managerial intimidation.

It is also unfair, since you are seeking
to apply it selectively to one person,
and I doubt that you would seriously
make any such a request to the whole
community, nor should you even try.
