SUO: Review of Sowa's book

Dear All,

	some time ago I have been asked by B. Chandrasekaran to write 
a short review of Sowa's recent book for AI Magazine. I have just 
sent the draft version to the publisher, but before the copyediting 
process starts there is still some time to make a few revisions.

	So your comments (especially John's own comments, of course) 
are welcome. I can't guarantee I will have the time and energy to 
account for all of them in the final version, but in any case I hope 
that the discussion will be of relevance for this list.
