Paul said "noon Mountain Standard Time". MST is UTC-0700, so that would make it:

        2001-05-18 19:00 UTC
2001-05-18 20:00 BST (British Summer Time)
2001-05-18 15:00 EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)
2001-05-18 13:00 MDT (Mountain Daylight Time)
2001-05-18 12:00 MST (Mountain Standard Time) -- Arizona, US (no Navajo)
2001-05-18 12:00 PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)

Note that Paul is from Arizona, which doesn't observe daylight saving time (summer time), so he probably really means Mountain Standard Time, not Mountain Summer Time. Right Paul?
