The "information" is the heart of the matter, actually:
the terms, the taxonomic relations and constraints on the
terms, and the English comments on each of the terms. It
is the contents of the text files one downloads (or the
HTML files one browses) from our website, when one downloads
(or browses) the Cyc Upper Ontology.
