Leonid,
Whitehead's major work on ontology is "Process and Reality",
which was published in 1929. I don't know of any version
on the web. However, his earlier book "Concept of Nature",
which is easier to read, since it does not use as highly
technical a vocabulary, is a good introduction.
I scanned a few pages into a file, which illustrates the
point I was making about processes as more fundamental
than objects:

But I just tried using Google to find more references, and I
came across a web site that has the whole book.

You might start with the shorter excerpt on my site to get an
idea of his general approach before going to the full book.
