Instructions for submitting an application for voting rights:
The deadline for submitting your application for voting rights in
SUO is March 2, 2001. If you miss this deadline, you will have to submit
your application and wait 6-months before being able to vote.
The application is a simple Excel spreadsheet that you can download
from
http://suo.ieee.org/SUO-Participants-Jan2001.xls
<http://suo.ieee.org/SUO-Participants-Jan2001.xls> It is not an online
form. You have to download, save, and mail it back as an attachment.
As an alternative, you may send me the entries for the following fields.
But please try the
spreadsheet first, since I can cut and paste it right in.
