It is easy to set up a database at www.quickbase.com so that anyone can
input information into it via the web...Perhaps if you were to create such a
database and prime it with some information, it would give a demonstration
of potential value and others might decide to join into the effort...? Let
me know if you have any questions regarding the mechanics of using
Quickbase --
