SUO: Internal Links in Archives

	The SUO web site has been moved.  The URL http://suo.ieee.org now
points to the new site, so this move has probably be transparent for most of
you.  This move was needed because we were originally charted as a Study
Group by the IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee (LTSC), which
provided us with web space.  We were later chartered as a Working Group by
the next level up, so we had to move off the LTSC site to our own address.

	This move went well, except for one aspect.  Many of our 3000+
messages in the archive have internal links to other archived messages.  I
have checked with IEEE and have been told there is no automated way to
change these URLs.  I hope this doesn't cause too many problems.
