MW: The timeless relation is between states. These are 4D objects and
include their temporal extent. Therefore you know that the times at which
the relation had meaning. Further because of the 4D nature of states, you
have your history pre-packaged. If anything you have to think about what it
is that is currently the case (which states exist now) rather than worry
about change, which is handled automatically (not the case with 3D models).
