Unfortunately, I had very little time to work on the MSO
during the last 4 months, and hence have no milestone to
add to the summary (http://www.webkb.org/doc/MSO.html)
that I wrote on May 15th.
Furthermore, I am leaving Australia this coming Thursday.
I'll be at the LOA in Italy at the end of September for
at least a month. Surely a good occasion to refine and
complete my integration of Dolce-Lite and Dolce-Full.
Then, when time permits, I'll resume the integration of
the SUMO (this integration is currently at its beginning).

Clearly not my feeling for the MSO, nor consistent with its
underlying philosophy: "... every category (and associated
definitions) from every ontology is useful for some purpose
and hence deserves to be integrated ..." (from such an
idealistic viewpoint, the MSO is currently less than 1% complete
even though it integrates the noun-related part of WordNet,
and will never be complete).
I assume that a domain ontology could be claimed to be
"80% complete" if it is somehow discovered that it covers
80% of the accounted meanings of words in the domain.
What would be the rationales for claiming that a top-level
ontology is "80% complete"?
