RE: Time to request PAR extension



I agree with John's suggestions, and also think Jack's suggestion is a
reasonable summary of current state.

The PAR extension form provides a single field to summarize percent
completion. If an overall percent completion estimate is required, then a
statement along the lines I recommended could be given, combined with the
summaries of reports for each project that John proposes.
