   SUMO is one of several starter documents of the SUO work group.  It is not finalized.  However, changes need to be voted on by the working group as a whole at this point.
  That said, we are open to suggestions.  We can accumulate a set of changes to be voted on when the time is right.  You might want to join the recently established SUMO discussion group.  See Jim's message below
