Technical Editor for SUMO document

All,

        We have two volunteers to serve as Technical Editor for the SUMO
document, Allan Terry and Adam Pease. Are there any other volunteers?

        We will conduct a vote to make this selection.  But first, I
invite each candidate to state their qualifications, commitment,
interests, etc.
