Re: New list set up for SUMO (request for clarification)
Just a quick question: I presume that I have missed something
or it has happened on one of the side-lists or whatever, or
somewhere in the starter documents themselves that I have
overlooked (in which case: a pointer please).
As far as I knew, SUMO, the Suggested Upper Merged Ontology, was
an effort by Teknowledge and descendents that was one accepted
contribution to the SUO WG effort (alongside OpenCyc and MSO and
Epistle).
Now it seems that there is a SUMO which is not Teknowledge but
the old SUO with new life. Of is this list just for SUMO-exTeknowledge
(which would be strange)?
Is the new SUMO-(SUO), the old SUMO extended, or the old SUO
again (with a shadowing import of the old SUMO), or ....
Sure glad we got those URIs for making things clear.....
