New list set up for SUMO

SUO Members and Subscribers,

        Due to the expanded interest in SUMO, I have set up a new
distribution list for focused work on this starter document.  To
subscribe, send the message:

FIRSTNAME LASTNAME


        Send to the address:  listserv@listserv.ieee.org.

        Messages can be posted (after you subscribe) to
SUO-SUMO@listserv.ieee.org.

        The archive isn't set up yet, but I have asked IEEE to do so.

        An immediate task, to be discussed on this new list, is to design
a new SUMO home page.
