I was just
wainting to be certain there were no other objections before posting the updated
document. I will do this in the next day or two.
If there are any
further issues, the process documented can of course be used to improve
itself.

D6 (document 007, text version) is still
not in conformity with the IEEE voting rules which we have just followed in
the Martin matter. When an objection was raised on March 25, Matthew
West responded promptly that this error would be corrected.
But the document still reads that a "majority of those voting" is
sufficient to pass a motion. The correct phrasing is a "majority of
those qualified to vote". Lee
PS Will there be posted a rollcall of the recent vote, as in
previous votes?
