I agree that psycholinguistic studies of how people
use langauge and resolve ambiguities are very important.

But the goal I had in mind for CLCE is to replace
or supplement notations such as SQL, UML, OWL, etc.
That is an engineering problem, not a research project
in psycholinguistics.
I see a requirement for an easily readable notation
for software design and development. That is a big
enough problem for now, and I believe it's solvable.
Maybe sometime in the future, we can address a wider
range of problems, but not in CLCE version 1.0.
If you want to design a variant of CLCE or other
controlled NL for some other purpose, be my guest.
