This is more a discussion about certain recommendations.
I tried to avoid controversial suggestions.
Many ideas/recommendations in this synthesis are rather obvious.
It is my hope that this document will encourage other people to
submit additional recommendations, and that in the end a list of
uncontroversial recommendations can be formed.
