SUO: Update to CLCE spec's
I have created a new directory for CLCE, and posted
the new version of the CLCE specifications in that
directory:

Common Logic Controlled English
Instead of designing a special format for CLCE
comments, I decided that CLCE is sufficiently
readable that no comments are necessary to
paraphrase the CLCE statements in ordinary English.
However, there is a need for commentary to explain
the purpose of the CLCE statements and to discuss
background information about them.
Therefore, I am designing the CLCE translator with
an option that allows CLCE statements to be embedded
inside an HTML file that can make arbitrary statements
about them. All CLCE statemens would be enclosed by
the HTML tags <pre> and </pre>. Everything outside
of those tags would be ignored by the CLCE translator.
As an example of such a file, I translated one of
Lewis Carroll's logical puzzles to CLCE, and
put it in the following web page:

Lewis Carroll's Grocer Puzzle
Let me know of any comments or suggestions.
