I agree that a strong national defense is important,
and there may be good reasons for building a moon base
or a space elevator.

But I deplore the way the current puppet in the
White House does what he's told and reads the script
that is prepared for him.

This has nothing to do with liberal or conservative issues.
John McCain is at least as conservative as Bush, but he's
intelligent and thinks for himself.  That's why Enron and
Haliburton pushed him out of the way in order to get a
puppet they could control.
