I think that the word "contribution" is an excellent term.
We now have quite a few "starter" documents, and their
relationship to the eventual deliverables is not clear.
If anyone would prefer a more prestigious term, I suggest
"expert contribution". That would imply an ackowledgment
by the SUO Working Group that the contributor is recognized
as someone who is qualified to produce material that is
appropriate for serious consideration.
