SUO: SUO Website


Dear Colleagues,

I have updated the SUO website at:
http://suo.ieee.org/

Please take a look.

I have:

- Reorganised some of the material,
- Tried to improve navigation,
- added:
  - More information on how the lists work
  - Something about how voting works and voting membership
  - A list of successful resolutions
  - Pages for each of the current work programmes

Please let me know of any errors, ommissions, or suggested
improvements.
