SUO: PLoS Conceptual Structures

To clarify, this would be a journal dedicated to the KR, AI,
Ontological Engineering, and Conceptual Structures community/ies.
It occurs to me to ask that those who provide their names may wish
to let me know up front whether or not they are willing to let their
name be associated in a public letter or not, rather than require me
to go back and ask you later. I may wish at some point to make public
the complete list of people backing the proposal, and I never like
to make assumptions about people's privacy.
