SUO: Standard Upper Ontology Working Group Development Guidelines, Version 1.0 D5


Dear Colleagues,

Please find below a link to the document archive I have created 
for the Policy and Procedures work.

There you can find access to the various versions of the policy
and procedures documents.

An updated version of the Development Guidelines is presented
there. Please post any comments to the Policy and Procedures
list.

This latest draft:
- Makes a number of minor updates from comments received.
- Tries to be consistent with other IEEE procedures documents.
- More closely conforms to the IEEE Standards Style Guide
  (though it is not for submission to the IEEE-SA as a draft
  standard). This has involved some reorganisation of material,
  e.g. page size, definitions, bibliography, and References.
