All,
People (like myself) are not voting because we see no progress that
advances
commercial or academic aims. We remain silent (aside from monitoring
the list from time to time) for the same reason.
The reasons for my non-participation have been made clear in previous
posts. That
situation has not changed. There are many others, who shall remain
unnamed, who
feel as I do.
I vote to adopt the policy.
