SUO: Merging Policy Efforts -- Call for P&P Subgroup Chair Volunteers

SUO Members,

        It seems logical to merge Matthew West's policy project into the
SUO Policies & Procedures Subgroup.  Does anyone object to this?

        I talked to Matthew and he is open to this, and also willing to
serve as Chair of the Subgroup.   To be fair to all, are there any other
volunteers to chair this subgroup?
