SUO Group,
Time's Up ...
What was I thinking? There's really no sense permitting the
soi-disant "Policies and Procedures Subgroup" in its current
de facto fashion to deicide its own fate that way, now is it?
Therefore, I hereby move the substance of the previous
Formal Issue Statement as a Formal Motion for the
Group as a Whole to consider adopting.

| It is a Defect of the current SUO Group policies and procedures
| to delegate determinations of SUO Group policies and procedures
| to the members of a private committee, who conduct proceedings
| outside the continuous quality control, the declared function,
| the established jurisdiction, and the public purview of the
| Main SUO Discussion Group.

| To correct this Defect I propose that that authority
| of the so-called "Policies and Procedures Subgroup"
| to conduct such determinations be nullified at once,
| that the record and transcript of all previous such
| proceedings be published to the SUO Group membership,
| and that all future proceedings that are charged with
| the consideration of SUO Group policies and procedures
| be returned the Committee of the Whole of the SUO Group.
