Dear Jon,
What I know is that the P&P list does not have an archive
at present (never did have I understand).
I have not been on that list until earlier today, so I know
no more of what has been happening there than you.
On the other hand I am working on a policy and code of
practice. I am taking the same approach as I did with the
Procedures. I am coming up with a draft offline that members
can shoot at. I am close to having that complete.
