SUO: How to put this on a web site

Jon,

You are antagonizing everybody with your obstinate
refusal to use the proper facilities for organizing
this effort. Why on earth do you continue to SPAM
this list with headers (example reproduced below),
which belong on a web site?

I am sure that we can get a page or subdirectory on
the SUO site allocated solely for you to organize this
discussion. You can then copy email messages or parts
of messages to the web site, organize them, cross-
reference them, all in a very simple, very readable way.

If you don't know HTML or don't want to learn HTML, then
all of the postings can be posted in .txt form. You can
use any plain text editor, such as Notepad to edit them.
If you want to bother to learn a trivial amount of HTML
to make them just a little bit prettier, you can do so.
But you don't have to -- just .txt files are good enough.

There are freely available tools, which you can download
very easily, which can copy a file from a directory on your
own computer to a directory on the IEEE server. It is
simple and easy, and it will make life more pleasant for
you and for everybody else on SUO list.

John

SUOPT :> Conformance. Note 1

What is conformance?

Nota Bene. Try to think of this as a pro forma
registration of the lexical entry "comformance",
intended for use, but not of necessity limited
to use within the SUO Procedures Specification.
