in which case I would recommend

But if you are speaking for Open*Cyc,
in which case it is certainly one of
the more intelligible productions we
have seen from those fiefdom holders

a while, then I would be compelled
by my duties here to consider these

and to log them as such.
On account of the dubious uncertainties involved
in receiving a message from a private individual,
