Matthew,
We have repeatedly gone through a process where a documnent described as
a "throw away" or something that can be changed at any time if it makes
people uncormfortable, will pass over without fanfare into an ironclad
law, typically enforced on a purely selective basis against people who
dare to raise issues of such poignant relevance that they threaten the
established turf of special interests, and thus in classic "Big Lie"
fashion must have that relevance denied under one red herring hue and
cry after another. Please do not ask us for any more faith or trust.
It only makes me worry. You are saying all the same things that got
said the last ten times we went through this. Benefit of the doubt
time is over now.
You asked for input on Purpose. I suplied input. I have logged it,
if you have not. So far you've responded to every input by saying:
"Now, don't be hasty". Treebeard is one of my favorite characters,
but that's the difference between Art and Life. It's way too late
in the game to call it hasty now. You may believe that you have
answered these Issues to your satisfaction, but the discussion
that might address them to my satisfaction has yet to begin.
