MW: Not quite. What I was doing was letting the Group know how
I was proposing to proceed in developing the document, and when and
where there would be opportunities for input, feedback and contribution.
My purpose in so doing was to illicit any comment on that proposed
process rather than on the starter document, or any other matter
of content.
