Correcting some typos:

| like a Plebe or a Pledge for six months, or having to rely on
| the kindness of strangers to have one's input treated with due
| respect, is hardly the kind of disincentive that we can afford,
| or that we could expect the expert community at large up with
| which to put.
I hope nobody thought I was proposing a funding strategy.
Then again, wouldn't you be kind of suspicious of anybody
who would pay for this? I know I would -- be suspicious,
that is.
