Oh, that one is too good not to share.

The algebraic question has always been about the
"central commutativity" of the two alternatives:

   "Page Intentionally Left Blank" (PILB)

   "Page Left Intentionally Blank" (PLIB)

There are, of course, the "Left Bank" variants of these,
but freedom dictates leaving something to do on the left.

It is interesting that even an exact phrase Google search
on the latter will turn up many pages with only the first
phrase on them.  Further research will be required.
