SUO: OpenCyc as Starter Document

        I have asked Adam to list OpenCyc as a Starter Document.  

        I'm just catching up on my email, or I would have stepped in
earlier.  OpenCyc was originally proposed as what this groups has come to
call a Starter Document.  When it was subsumed into John's motion, that
did not lower its standing.  

        Call it what you will, but from my perspective, the only status
difference is whether the group has voted to work on a document, or to
not work on a document.  Documents that pass have a right to serious
attention and input from the group.  Those that don't pass are usually
free to ask for input but can't expect much.  In a meeting, they wouldn't
get much time on the agenda.
