SUO: Re: The SUMO is not a Starter Document

   The current ruling of the chair was that the vote on SUMO succeeded, and 
so SUMO is a starter document.  If that vote somehow gets overturned, then 
the web site would get changed to reflect that.  There's no lack of clarity 
except what others are trying to inject in order to overturn a vote they 
don't like.
   You're statement about this being a "misunderstanding" seems 
disingenuous to me.  We agreed to support each other's motions, no more, no 
less.  Now you've reneged on that agreement.  I'm not sure why you feel 
it's somehow procedurally virtuous for IFF to be an approved starter 
document but not for other proposals to be so approved.
   I would hope again, that instead of trying to block SUMO that you take a 
positive approach and write some standards words for a starter document 
that you believe in.
