RE: SUO: Latest Draft Ballot Questions
Dear John,
Things are just slightly delicate at the moment because we are
just taking ISO FDIS 15926-2 - the data model (FDIS = Final
Draft International Standard) through the review process before
asking ISO to publish it for its last ballot before becoming an
International Standard (assuming it passes of course).
At its current stage of development it is subject to ISO
copyright so we are not able to make it freely available. I guess
it will become available from ISO in around 3-4 months time. I
will certainly announce this here when it is available.
At the same time we (ISO TC184/SC4 - Industrial Data) have asked
ISO if we can make ISO15926 and ISO 18876 freely available on the
web, on the basis that they are likely to be heavily used by
other standards developers. The EXPRESS from SC4 standards are
already made freely available.
The EPISTLE Web site is still around at:
http://www.epistle.ws/
Some draft material for review is available on my personal web
site:
http://www.matthew-west.org.uk/
Look in the yellow panel on the home page for a link.
I can send you the latest EXPRESS in html form if you would
like it. It will be published on the ISO TC184/SC4 website
shortly at:
http://www.tc184-sc4.org
and as explained above, this is publicly available.
The main thing that this lacks is an introduction to the 4D
paradigm. This can be found on my personal web site amongst
my publications.
"A spatio-temporal model of activity and state"
which is the first paper listed.
