Yes, this is it!
(ruebert.ieee.org [140.98.193.10]) dozing for 6 days, but WHY?

Or is it that (norton.acs.oakland.edu [141.210.10.5]) has been deaf 
for 6 days and there were no other route out of ruebert.ieee.org
into acs.oakland.edu network?

Only the sysops know.
But I had delayed messages too and I doubt the same problem 
crippled BOTH oakland.edu and club-internet.fr ...
