SUO: Revised OpenCyc ballot question, plus outstanding issues


SUO WG,
        
        While we await the return of Pieruigi and a text version of
OpenCyc, let's see if we have consensus on a ballot question.  Here's
another version:

        Draft Ballot Question: Should the IEEE SUO WG commence work on
the OpenCyc Ontology, as set forth in the  ______.txt document? 

        Please post any additions, suggestions, or issues.
