Thanks for the case study. I believe that it is helpful for
many reasons. Following are just a few:
1. It shows the importance of using an ontology for knowledge
sharing.
2. It also illustrates the point that the most successful uses
of ontologies have been for rather specialized domains.
This ontology is not just for "houses", but for realtors
who are selling houses. The kind of information about
houses is extremely limited and specialized to the kinds
of topics that buyers, sellers, and realtors are especially
concerned about.
3. It confirms my point that the purpose or point of view is
extremely important in determining what aspects to represent,
how they are represented, and what is said about them.
