I am interested in this q., but what sort of differences do you have in
mind? I'm just trying to get clear. Are you referring to the earlier
discussion about varieties of set theory?

In this case, I think there is very little work that the "C-engine" needs
to do, as the difference is basically one of choosing a certain modelling
or formal representation (in other words, I think that a translation is
fairly straightforward). However, this is a tendentious opinion.
