 The SUO website should include the EuroWordNet TopOntology as an expert contribution, as something inherited from the ANSI adhoc Committee on ontology standards. It was submitted to SUO's ancestor around 1998.

Maybe the Chair can contact EuroWordNet about the latest version of the document, and whether some arrangement could be made to supply data for such a mapping exercise involving EuroWordNet-English or Italian or whatever.

and wouldn't it also make some sense to try to map not WN, which
has, let us say, some rather "interesting" structures in it, but
rather the top structure of the EuroWordNet project? That is,
I believe, more soundly structured and would then give more
of a mapping not only to WN but to the wordnets for other
languages for free via the Inter-Language-Index?
