SUO: IFF documents: very minor link changes


Hi,

I changed three links in the page at http://suo.ieee.org/IFF/,
although the appearance of that page remains as before.

I took out the spaces and parentheses from the filenames associated with
the following links:

   IFF Core (sub)Ontology
   IFF CategoryTheory (sub)Ontology
   IFF Classification (sub)Ontology

I just tested these changes, and they seem to work fine.

If you have any difficulties retrieving the documents pointed to
by those three links, please let me know.
