I like the quotation that is attributed to George Box (a prof.
of industrial engineerig at U. of Wisconsin):

  All models are wrong, but some are useful.

And, by the way, this is just one more reason why we need
a modular ontology system:  it has to be able to accommodate
a lot of wrong models that are useful for different purposes.
