You are the chair and have the responsibility to act. Advice is just
advice. Are you saying you are powerless to act?
Although asked, you have not stated what advice you asked or from whom.
Have you received any advice? Do you know why you haven't or when you
will?
If you had acted promptly the members would have voted on your ruling
before the IFF vote.
