      I, too, have been growing impatient waiting on IEEE's response.  They
acknowledged by request, so they should be working on it, but I will contact
them again.  I don't feel I should proceed prior to receiving this guidance.

It has been 10 days since you asked for time to seek parliamentary 
advice regarding my appeal of your ruling on reconsideration of the SUMO

vote.  At the time I said that I believed the members would extend to 
you the courtesy of a short interval to seek advice.  It has been more 
than a short interval. 

Please state the question and submit it for a vote.
