Jim,
It has been 10 days since you asked for time to seek parliamentary 
advice regarding my appeal of your ruling on reconsideration of the SUMO 
vote.  At the time I said that I believed the members would extend to 
you the courtesy of a short interval to seek advice.  It has been more 
than a short interval. 

Please state the question and submit it for a vote.
