My own background would lead me to start with the following ISO-10303 part:
Application Interpreted Construct 519 (Geometric tolerances)
http://www.iso.ch/iso/en/CatalogueDetailPage.CatalogueDetail?CSNUMBER=29958&ICS1=25&ICS2=40&ICS3=40
Other work is on-going to create an ISO-10303 Application Protocol (219) that is to be harmonised with the DMIS standard (DMIS standard (American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/CAMI-I 101-1995).
... however, this strikes me as getting into the non-Upper domain.
Cheers,
Tim.
