I vote NO.
The proposed SUMO is serious flawed. It is poorly engineered and has no
discernible methodology. Please see my previous note on this subject.
This is not a suitable candidate for a standard. There is substantial
opposition and it seems very unlikely that anything approaching
consensus can be reached.
