SUO: Motion regarding SUO website
I move that the area of the SUO website
entitled "Candidate content for standard"
http://suo.ieee.org/refs.html
be removed, and placed in a "prior literature'
directory.
Nothing is a candidate for an IEEE standard simply
by dint of being placed there by the webmaster. It
MUST be approved by a consensus process.
Currently its not clear why some material is considered
candidate material and others not, other than personal taste.
